the extreme lows are a little stiff but i havent fully adjusted them yet so i cant judge based on the preset, also the way they come the stock wheels fit pretty flush which surpised me. had to roll my front fenders to fit my 18" aftermarket wheels but now they fit great.
Definitly would reccomend buying these specialty tools along with your coilovers because it will help you install them much easier.
14mm Tripple square (XZN socket)
Schwaben strut spreader for VW audi
24mm 12pt socket for the cv axle joint bolts
(PB blaster or WD-40 to help the process go a little smoother)
Driver adapter kit, 3/8ths drive to 1/2 drive
Breaker bar to help get the bolts that are really stuck on there, especially the cv axle bolt
If you have any questions about how to install these parts please hit me up, i would love to help another mk6 brother out if i could. @BMXICLE on insta.
I got the Extreme Low variant and I’m really pleased with the ride quality and ride height that they allow me to achieve. They’ve settled and they aren’t bouncy and gave my car a much cleaner look. I dropped about 2.75 inches all around and might go just a touch lower. Overall, I’m really pleased with my purchase and I’d recommend them to anyone considering improving the handling of their daily.
